The Carindale PCYC provides quality care for your school aged children during vacation periods. The PCYC offers a range of organised sport and recreation activities which may include arts and craft, cooking, martial arts, trampolining and circus skills as well as incursions and excursions. Each child who attends the Vacation Care must be a member of the PCYC, which is $16.50 per child or a family membership of $55.00. This membership is current for a calendar year and must be renewed at the end of the year. Our vacation care costs $38.50 per day excluding incursions and excursions if booked and paid before the 5th of December and $43.50 thereafter. We are available for care between 7am to 6pm for children between the ages of 6 to 13. The service is CCB eligible, however the link between centrelink and our centre needs to be completed. Our provider number is 407 133 651A. Each child and family needs to complete several documents to become enrolled in the program. Every family must complete an enrolment form and each child needs an enrolment form. Once these have been completed you will only need to update them when there has been a change in your personal circumstances. For future vacation care periods, only a booking sheet needs to be completed. All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of $5.00 per child per day and bookings will be allocated on a strictly "first come, first served" basis. Your deposit will be credited to your account and is non - refundable if you cancel your booking. No cancellations are excepted. No refunds - all days booked still need to be paid for irrespective of whether the place is used or not. This includes the additional excursion fees. |
| The Christmas Vacation Care Program will be available from the 21st of November 2008. Only 50 places available so please make sure your bookings and payments are in as soon as possible. |
