Skipping Classes  Skipping is great for fitness and co-ordination, in these classes they will learn the basic skills in skipping including: single rope skills, partner skills, double dutch and long single rope. Tuesday 3:30-4:30 (beginners) & 4:30-5:30pm (intermediate) & Saturday 11:00-12:00 $10 for casual class or $75 for 10 lessons over 12 weeks. Please ring to book into a class |
